For years, Nancy dedicated herself as a stay-at-home dog mom, seeking meaningful ways to fill her time. One day, she discovered that a friend who owned Busters needed assistance. With determination, Nancy jumped into the pet supply world, running Busters for an impressive 25 years, treating it as her second home!

Now, let’s talk about how James Sandoval stepped into this journey. It’s a heartwarming tale that inspires. Picture this: it was Christmas in 2019 when James, Sophia, and Bella Sandoval ventured to Petco to find a special gift for their dog, Sally. As they walked through the store, they were shocked by the empty shelves and the dismal selection of unhealthy pet food. The scene was far from ideal—fish squeezed into tiny containers, cats confined in cramped spaces, and dogs looking frightened. That experience opened their eyes and sparked a pivotal moment that would change their lives forever!

While browsing the aisles, James passionately exclaimed, “Seriously! We could do this way better!” Bella enthusiastically replied, “Absolutely! Let’s find our own pet store!” And just like that, they embarked on a mission to discover their new adventure.

Their love for pets didn’t spring up overnight. Growing up, James and Bella were true animal enthusiasts!
